Описание
High productivity (up to 100 rolls per hour) and film savings in comparison with individual packaging as estimated by 2,5 times.Fully automated cycle of work under the supervision of one operator.
Powerful and reliable power plant:
- efficient hydraulic pump 14 cm3;
- two-cylinder four-stroke internal combustion engine with a capacity of 20 hp, runs on 92nd gasoline;
- electric starter;
- pressure lubrication system, oil filter and radiator;
- large air filter;
- fuel tank for 25 liters;
- 40 L hydraulic tank with 3 filters.
The 2-wheel drive allows for short distances in the field, and in packing mode allows for braking to effectively displace air between the bales.
Electro-automation:
- automatic cycle of bale packing;
- film break sensor;
- remote control of steering and starting the engine;
- "autopilot" - the distance between the bales is controlled by automatic equipment (option);
- counter of hours and bales number;
- lighting of working areas at night.
- system "Horizon" - raising to a horizontal position for packing the first 3 rolls, so that there is no air left between them;
- optimal bale exit angle - reduced bending of the bale line;
- double-row roller table - bale shape repeatability;
- side holding rollers - protection of bales from damage from wheels;
- wear - resistant roll pusher gaskets;
- the carriage mechanisms are set to a film stretch of 55%.

The unique unloading system of the packer sets the machine free in 25 seconds:
1. the loader loads a bale of silage onto the packer's receiving table:
2. the sensor is triggered and the pusher advances the loaded bale to the stop with the end of the previous one:
3. the winding turns on:
4. simultaneously with wrapping, the bale moves onto the roller table for subsequent smooth exit from the wrapper onto the supporting surface:
5. when the process is complete, the pusher moves back to receive a new bale.
