Highly efficient round baler, with the fixed pressure chamber, diameter 1,5 m.
High speed pick-up raker, continuously moving chain/bar chamber, feed/cutting upper rotor.
Cutting makes it further works with crops easier, such as mixing and feeding. Also increase the density of the bales that makes transport and storage even more cost efficient.
Baler control system is fully automatic.
Exceptionally easy to operate and service.

• FEED ROTOR                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

- The feed rotor (1) makes the supply of crops to the bale chamber even and fast.
- The upper position of the rotor makes the feeding of various crop tipes efficient, including dry and short wheat sticks.
- The rotor equipped with the robust gearing (2) and bearing system (3), lubricated automatically.

• CUTTING ROTOR

                                                        

- The cutting rotor is equipped with 17 blades cutting to 64 - 128 mm pieces enabling 25% higher density balers reducing the possible amount of air trapped in.
- The blades are protected from damage by spring locks. In case of contact with a foreign object, the blades duck down and automatically return to their initial position later on.
- The blades can be also disabled by remote control system in case of blocking.
- Outer blades can be disabled to secure the shape of the balers edges.
- By disabling the blades completely makes it more efficient working with certain crops, such as hay and straw.

• PICK-UP

                                                                              
- The pick-up width 1,9 m makes it easy gathering wide swaths efficiently even during the turning movement. Double sided screw-shape feeders provide the consistent flow towards the main feeder. (1)
- The symmetrical pick-up drum is equipped with 5 rows of tines, that are bigger in number and moving at a higher speed than before. (2)
- The crop press roller unit supports the pickup process. It makes the swath of different shape and height being prepared so that pick-up can catch it completely. (3)
- Ground contouring system of the pick-up unit is loaded with 4 springs and 2 side gauge wheels. It provides a perfect ground contouring even in very rough terrain, securing the crops quality and preventing damage (4).

• NET WRAPPING SYSTEM

                                                                          

- The net wrapping is standart specification, making the process faster.
- The net supply unit is feeding net directly to the pressure chamber, wich makes incorrect binding impossible.
- The number of the net layers is set at the control panel.
- The constant net tension system provides a certain, pre-set tension of the net regardless of the roll lenght.
- The sides of the bale are also tightened by net overlap.

• PRESSURE CHAMBER

                                                                  

-  The robust chain/bar chamber performs at various crops types (1).
-  Continuously moving transporter line enables chamber opening/closing in motion which makes the bale off-load twice faster..
-  The transporter tension system increases the lifetime of the drive chains.

• OPERATING CONTROL PANEL

- Operating control panel with LCD in the tractor cabin.
- Automatic or manual net wrapping.
- Blades shut down.
- Automatic bale off-load (option).
- Double sided bale shape control sensors
- The desired bale density is set at the operating terminal.
- Number of net layers can be pre-set.
- Counter of bales produced during the shift and during lifetime.

• LUBRICATION MANIFOLDS

      All grease points are grouped into easy-access grease banks, saving time and increasing the operator`s comfort.
