Technical features

• Compresses any mass regardless of moisture content (haylage, silage, hay from annual and perennial grasses, straw and flax for tow);

• The baler has a permanent baling chamber with a diameter of 1,2 m with an endless baling conveyor;

• The baler is equipped with a stacker that creates a non-stop flow of the pressed mass into baling chamber, which contributes to produce bales of the correct cylindrical shape;

• The conveyor chamber is simple and inexpensive to maintain and repair;   

• The conveyor is tensioned by a spring block and does not require frequent adjustments. Such an embodiment does not allow for weakening at the moments of opening the chamber and rupture when the conveyor is suddenly switched on;

• Reinforced stacker with a system of two connecting rods and balancers made it possible to increase the working speed and the reliability of the unit on a wide-coverage pick-up with an actual size of 2 meters;

• Three safety clutches ensure the safety of units in case of ingress of foreign objects;

• Improved balancing device on the pick-up, allow you to work at maximum speeds while maintaining the integrity of the pick-up elements;

• The bale formation process and, in particular, the bale density control is carried out by means of a pressure gauge and automatic feed adjustment directly on it, which allows the operator to pay more attention to tractor control rather than monitoring the pressure;
  

• The remote control system is combined into one electric control panel with indication of automatic feed operation and the possibility of manual starting of the strapping. The choice of tying method with a net or wire is also carried out from the remote control;

• The elongated ejector provides a throw-away range of the bale and does not give it a chance to stay under the cover of the bale chamber, even on uneven fields, this allows not to move back when unloading;

• Automatic chain lubrication system as an option.
